Are you looking for a role that provides flexible hours?If so, join us as aBrand Ambassador Position:Brand Ambassador (Non-sales) Client:Supporting a retail smart shopping brand at a local grocery store. Location:ONSITE at a local grocery store atShoprite- Philadelphia, PA Targeted Start: ASAP- The anticipated duration of this project is 2-3 months with likely extensions.However, there is no guarantee of employment for any length of time. Pay:$24/hour Hours:Options forfull-time or part-time Would be hired on foroneof the following: Full-time (40 hours/week) Part-time (35 hours/week) Part-time (30 hours/week) Part-time (25 hours/week) Shifts:Store is open 7 days a week, shifts will be between 10am - 8pm (days + shifts based on candidates availability) 10:00 a.m. - 8:00 p.m. 10:00 a.m. - 3:00 p.m. 3:00 p.m. - 8:00 p.m. Training/Orientation:This client will have someone on-site to conduct orientation/training. They will provide you with a demo and orientation of the smart cart, feedback forms, and a remote management app (on a provided tablet). You will get to shop with the smart cart yourself while going through orientation. You will have the opportunity to learn about new, exciting technologies during this time From there, you can ask any questions you have and the Instacart on-site rep will be there for guidance during orientation. OVERVIEW This role will focus on helping retailers unify the in-store and online shopping experience for customers no matter how they choose to shop. Using cutting-edge, AI-powered shopping carts and automated checkout counters brings together online and offline shopping to create a completely new in-store experience for customers. ABOUT THE ROLE As the Brand Ambassador, you will be the face of the AI shopping tool and be the first impression for our brand and the stores we represent. ABOUT THE JOB Engaging with customers as they enter the store; demonstrate how the products work and encourage usage Assisting customers throughout their end-to-end experience to ensure their journey is smooth and seamless from onboarding, to adding their first items, to completion of checkout Acting as the go-to resource for all customer and store team needs by resolving customer issues as they arise Gathering feedback from customers and reporting on their experience ABOUT YOU Friendly, personable, able to build lasting relationships with customers and store staff Willing to go out of your way to help the customer, to provide exceptional customer service to drive usage and ensure the customer is satisfied Able to think on your feet and problem-solve on the spot as issues arise Ambitious, sales-driven, and willing to grow at a small technology start-up Interested in technology and how technology shapes the retail landscape BonusAny previous working experience as an on-site promoter, or in retail, hospitality EEO Employer Apex Systems is an equal opportunity employer.
