Supervisor Revenue Audit

Description Essential Functions Oversees daily audit work by Audit Clerks. Compiles reports for Casino Departments for review by Manager. Assists with testing for compliance and supervise audits on various casino departments. Ensures Casino internal controls are being followed. Assists in developing and maintain checklists for completion of work in accordance with policies and procedures and internal controls. Prepares Daily Audit Report. Assists with daily audits. Coaches, mentors and trains subordinates. Assists in the development and implementation of SOP's. Prepares daily revenue and expense reports. Maintains STRICT confidentiality of internal activities. Ensures effective recruitment, hiring, training, recognition, coaching and counseling and other personnel related matters are being handled appropriately throughout assigned departments. Facilitates and ensures that performance reviews of all employees within department are complete on a yearly basis. Work as shared services between other properties as needed. Perform other tasks as assigned.
