Remote, OR, USA Contract Program Manager Location: Remote. A Potential start date of September 2024, with one base year and four option years. CORTEK is seeking a Program Manager who will be responsible for overseeing the coordination and execution of the VA IDEA Program, ensuring alignment with the Master Implementation Plan and compliance with relevant Executive Orders. This role requires extensive experience in project management, strategic planning, and supporting diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives. Duties/Responsibilities: Provide overall project management coordination and oversight for the IDEA Program, ensuring synchronization across all workstreams. Develop and maintain the Master Implementation Plan and Integrated Master Schedules (IMS), updating as necessary to incorporate new Executive Orders and Presidential Memoranda. Facilitate meetings, including IDEA Influencer and Council meetings, preparing agendas, presentations, and meeting minutes. Coordinate communication efforts, prepare briefing slides and communication plans, and provide monthly progress reports. Ensure compliance with Section 508 standards for all communication materials. Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies to ensure project success. Lead strategy development and provide strategic support to align with the VA's objectives. Collaborate with various stakeholders to ensure seamless execution of all project tasks. Required Qualifications: Minimum of 3 years managing a major (multiple workstream) program for a Government Agency or large-scale private organization. Minimum of 3 years supporting diversity, equity, and inclusion projects. Minimum of 2 years project management experience in a government agency. Minimum of 3 years providing and leading strategy development and support for a Government Agency or large-scale private organization. Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is preferred. Excellent communication, organizational, and leadership skills. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. Education: Bachelor's degree in business administration, Project Management, or a related field. Master's degree preferred. Clearance: Low level clearance which consists of a review of records contained in the OPM Security Investigations Index and the DoD Defense Central Investigations Index, FBI name and fingerprint check as well as written inquiries to previous employers and references listed on the application for employment.
