Alaant Workforce Solutions is seeking an RN Case Manager for a non-profit organization that supports their clients with benefits and insurance needs. If that is you and you are a licensed RN with case management experience, we encourage you to apply Hours and Benefits for the RN Case Manager: Monday - Friday, 35- hour work week Hybrid schedule $65,000-$75,000/year 80% medical coverage, free dental & vision coverage 401k with match, PTO, and paid holidays Responsibilities for the RN Case Manager: Oversee worker's compensation cases Assess, evaluate, coordinate, and establish services and resources needed for each case Adhere to all applicable legal and regulatory standards Collaborate with injured workers, providers, employers, and other parties to address return-to-work capability Calculate and monitor the estimated length of disability throughout the life of claims according to published criteria.
