JOB REQUIREMENTS: Overview Snap-on Equipment Solutions (a group within RS&I-Repair Systems & Information-a division of Snap-on Incorporated). Location: Kenosha, WI Work: Monday thru Friday - 8a - 5p; on Facility site. The Marketing Specialist is responsible for managing assigned OEM partners' marketing activities, including quarterly promotions, e-commerce websites, New Product Notices, and necessary communications. The individual is accountable for the assigned OEM brand's financial performance and achieving growth targets. Responsibilities Key Job Duties: e-Commerce Sites: Ensure product information is up to date for all products, including accurate images and pricing. Conduct monthly audits of SKU's associated with assigned OEM programs. Collaborate with manager to interpret Google Analytics data for assigned e-commerce website. Use insights provided to inform marketing strategies, optimize campaigns, and drive user engagement and conversions. Generate reports and present findings to stakeholders of the assigned OEM team. Ensure data-driven decision-making across all marketing efforts. Promotional Campaigns: Develop comprehensive promotional strategies, oversee day-to-day campaign management, and implement marketing efforts across various traditional and digital platforms. Manage and execute promotional campaigns, ensuring all tracking mechanisms are in place and utilizing Google Analytics to generate reports, interpret data, and make actionable recommendations. Conduct thorough post-campaign analysis to evaluate success and provide feedback for continuous improvement. Program Management: Assist in coordinating project tasks and timelines. Maintain project documentation and track progress. Provide support to senior team members in managing larger projects. Ensure all materials follow and meet brand guidelines. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Marketing/Communications required. 1-6 years' experience required. Technical Skills: Basic understanding of Google Analytics, social media platforms, and email marketing tools. Content Creation: Ability to create and manage content for social media, email, and other digital platforms. Data Interpretation: Basic ability to interpret data from marketing tools and provide simple reports. Campaign Support: Assist in the execution of marketing campaigns and track performance. Team Collaboration: Work with team members and agencies to support marketing initiatives and projects. Communication: Good written and verbal communication skills. Communicate project updates to team members and stakeholders. Learning and Development: Willingness to learn new marketing tools and techniques. Task Coordination: Assist in coordinating project tasks and timelines. Basic Project Tools: Familiarity with basic project management tools. Documentation: Maintain project documentation and track progress. Support Senior Team Members: Provide support to senior team members in managing larger projects.
