Role Overview: The Ad Operations Lead has primary responsibility for digital advertising campaign management and delivery across multiple platforms for key strategic advertisers and agencies . The Ad Operations Lead is an expert on Yahoo advertising platforms, processes and tools, providing best in class client services and ensuring flawless campaign execution. They will also represent Ad Ops on strategic projects, working with partners and stakeholders on initiatives to improve efficiency and service levels and be involved in the roll out of new products, platforms and solutions. Your Day Managing Ad Ops responsibilities for strategic advertisers and/or agencies across Premium accountsCoordinate campaign setup and billing with other internal entities, like: Yahoo Creative Studios, Legal, Billing, Order Quality Assurance, and Financial OperationsManage the creative/ad builds across all platformsMonitor the health of your clients' campaigns, and work with your account teams to improve campaign performanceProvide troubleshooting assistance for operations-related issuesPartner with the billing and collections teams to resolve billing related issuesWorks on product integration and rollouts, representing Ad Ops and ensuring its readinessCoordination and execution of training and development initiatives across the wider Ad Ops teamDesign, review and update of both internal and external Ad Ops processes and workflowsLeads cross-team SME groups in projects and initiativesYou Must HaveMinimum 3 year of experience working within an online advertising operations department, with a proven track of high performanceExperience with Google Ad ManagerExtreme attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and desire to exceed client expectationsFlexibility to thrive in a fast-paced and constantly changing work environmentManage multiple projects and tight deadlinesStrong analytical skills and entrepreneurial attitudeExcellent written and oral communication skillsBS/BA from an accredited university or equivalent work experienceYahoo is proud to be an equal opportunity workplace. The compensation package may also include incentive compensation opportunities in the form of discretionary annual bonus or commissions, in addition to equity incentives.
