Overview: Westchester Jewish Community Services is seeking a Part-Time Early Childhood Social Worker to work with the Early Step Forward Program. This position is 21 hours per week for 10 months per year, September through June, with a compensation range of $25,000 - $30,000. Responsibilities: As a valued member of our team, your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to: Collaborate with teachers to run the Second Step curriculum in Pre-K classrooms. Consult with teachers for children who exhibit challenging behavior. Conduct comprehensive intake assessments and evaluations of children under age 6 and develop treatment plans with their caregivers. Provide treatment in various modalities including individual, family and group therapy. Provide appropriate clinical documentation and agency reports in a timely manner. Provide assessments and billable services through CFTSS. Other duties as required.
