The Production Assistant assists the timely, compelling, and accurate creation of video content across 100+ topic areas, including lifestyle/wellness as well as medical conditions.Job Responsibilities:Assist in coordinating and producing on-site video shoots and internal audio/visual events.Help maintain, organize, and track the inventory of studio equipment, ensuring it remains in good working condition.Support the studio, production and post-production teams by providing assistance and direction during production processes, including scheduling, setup, and delivery of video assets.Coordinate and work with office facilities, freelance production companies, and external vendors to manage the studio and office municate with internal departments in editorial, news, social media, to support anize and media manage assets and metadata for videos and projects.Responsible for upholding WebMD's credibility in the delivery of trustworthy concepts and video products content that are in accordance with editorial and Best Practice policiesRequired Skills:Bachelor' Degree or equivalent experience required1 to 3 years of assisting the production of digital videoThorough understanding ofdigital video products: camera, lighting, soundKnowledge of event space audio/visual equipmentFamiliarity with non-linear video editingExperience in a live broadcast environmentExcellent organizational and communication skills with a strong attention to detailMust be able to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple projects simultaneouslySoftware / Platforms:Sony, Blackmagic, Tricaster, VIZRT, VMix, NDIZoom, Riverside and other video conference platformsAdobe Creative CloudGoogle Suite, Microsoft Office, WorkfrontMac OS + WindowsTravel:Potential for travel less than 10% of your timeThis role will be based onsite at our Newark, NJ. office.Salary $45,000-$55,000 annually Equal Opportunity Employer of Minorities, Females, Protected Veterans, and Individuals with Disabilities
