Job Posting TitleSr HRIS Analyst Job Description SummaryAnalyzes and designs Human Resources Information Systems (HRIS) for the organization, and recommends systems and technology solutions for HRIS improvement.Evaluating, analyzing, designing, and maintaining the organization's HRIS and enforcing related policies and procedures.Identifying new human resources needs and the software products to fulfill those needs.Evaluating business needs; making alterations to existing programs/interfaces to gather and report data as necessary.Researching HRIS problems and recommending relevant systems and technology solutions. Job Description Accomplishes HRIS work by answering technical, business process and procedural questions for others; orienting team members while managing ambiguity, risk and shifting priorities to meet deadlines. Identifies HRIS solution requirements by conferring with unit managers and operators; analyzing processes and operations; clarifying solution objectives; establishing specifications. Develops HRIS solutions by evaluating solution options; studying and leveraging related system requirements and solutions; designing integrated models; writing documentation; developing queries; preparing training and user guides; delivering user training. Prepares project estimates by completing cost-benefit analyses; identifying time, personnel, and equipment costs; establishing timelines and milestones. Verifies HRIS solutions by developing and completing tests; supervising new roll-outs. Maintains HRIS systems by maintaining data integrity; identifying, researching, and analyzing problems; implementing improvements; updating training manuals, user guides, and system tables, codes, and security profiles; researching data discrepancies. Maintains enterprise information standards by adhering to enterprise standards; conferring with information technology specialists. Provides HR information and reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing data and trends; designing and preparing reports. Provide technical leadership for HRIS associates. Protects organization value by keeping information confidential; cautioning others regarding potential breaches. Contributes to HRIS and organization success by welcoming related, different, and new requests; helping others accomplish job results. Support HR and business leadership with ad hoc requests Serve as a consultative partner to business users and functional leaders for continuous improvement, change management, self-sufficiency efforts Support audit activities including internal security and SOX compliance Participate in system change management activities for implementation of new or changing functionality and/or new UI Serve as second level ticket / case management support for more complex HRIS issues All other duties as assigned.
