RVU s full compensation structure provides a minimum to a maximum range. The salary of the finalist(s) selected for this role will be set based on a variety of factors, including but not limited to skill, knowledge, experience, education, and credentials. BENEFITS: RVU offers a full benefits package that includes Health, Dental and Vision insurance, along with 2 weeks (minimum) accrued paid vacation days per year, 12 accrued sick days per year, personal days, 13 paid holidays and 401(K) match up to 7% based on employee s contribution. Responsibilities Admissions Process Management: Process and organize applicant files to ensure efficient and accurate progression through the enrollment funnel. Coordinate and monitor the status of applicant documents and requirements. Communication with Prospective Students: Engage with prospective students through various communication channels, including phone, email, and texting. Provide timely and accurate information about the admissions process, program offerings, and campus life. Coordinate and schedule onsite tours for prospective students. Facilitate the scheduling and conducting of interviews as part of the admissions process. Applicant Requirement Confirmation: Oversee the confirmation of applicant requirements, ensuring that all necessary documents and information are submitted. Communicate effectively with applicants to guide them through the submission process. Administrative Support: Provide clerical and organizational support to ensure the smooth functioning of the admissions office. Collaborate with other departments to maintain cohesive operations. Assist in coordinating and participating in events such as open houses, campus tours, and other recruitment-related activities. Documentation and Reporting: Maintain accurate records of prospective student interactions and admissions-related activities. Prepare reports and contribute insights based on data analysis for continuous improvement. Work closely with the Enrollment Management team, Marketing, and Event leaders to ensure alignment of messaging and processes.
