Job Description The duties and responsibilities of the Program Directors include developing, implementing and supervising a program of physical, mental and spiritual activities, which will assist the residents to live fully and as naturally as possible. Requirements Preferred Qualifications Must have a high school diploma or GED. College courses preferred. Minimum Qualifications Must be able to write and speak effectively; must be able to operate office machines such as computer, fax, copier, calculator, multi-line telephone, television, vcr, tape/cd player, etc.; and at least two years experience working with the public. Must have a valid Mississippi driver's license and a good driving record. Ability to drive automobile or larger vehicle. Reasonable accommodation which does not create undue hardship will be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions of the job.
