Great supervisory position at our Community Residence at 12th street. Base salary $21.59 Responsibilities Provide oversight of staff, approve timecards and scheduled time off requests for staff supervised. Ensure quality control and training for staff. Provide oversight of medication room including inventory of medication. Complete daily walkthroughs, provide onsite program management. Follow up on any consumer care/health/safety issues found. Monitor property for any maintenance and complete maintenance work order. Direct coaching of 12th Street overnight staff, annual performance evaluations. Complete/post staff schedule coordinating with program director, arrange coverage with respite staff. Familiarize self with Procedure Manual, follow these and all agency policies. Keep CR/TAS on-call manager/book updated. Participate in on-call manager rotation. Carry caseload as needed. Promote an environment of inclusion and belonging. Requirements: Requirements: Bachelor preferred or Associate degree in a related field and prior supervisory experience. Must have at least a High school diploma or GED with at least 2 years related experience in the mental health field. Reliable transportation and a Valid NY State driver license with an acceptable driving record.
