Job Title Commissioning Manager, Robotics Job Category Strategy Job Description What starts with YOU, moves the world Hyster-Yale Materials Handling, Inc, a world-class manufacturer of industrial lift trucks, has an outstanding opportunity for an exceptional and talented Commissioning Manager of Robotics in our Emerging Technology department based in Greenville, NC. What you will do: Lead Implementation and Commissioning Activities: Manage and lead the implementation and commissioning of systems supporting Telematics, Operator Assist Systems, and Robotics sales. Team Leadership: Oversee a team of customer-facing Project Managers, ensuring the delivery of agile, quality solutions that meet customer success criteria, timelines, and budget constraints. Customer Satisfaction: Conduct billable services to ensure customer satisfaction and foster repeat business, thereby increasing revenue and profitability. Strategic Development: Define strategies and processes for commissioning and implementation services, and improve system needs to grow sales in Robotics, Operator Assist Systems, and Telemetry. Stakeholder Management: Own customer and dealer relationships, address escalations, and provide leadership to Project Managers and Customer Coordinators. Productivity Improvement: Lead efforts to enhance productivity and efficiency, reducing time per billable service. Effective Communicator: Strong verbal and written communication skills, adept at managing relationships with senior leaders and stakeholders. Team Leader: Proven leadership skills, capable of mentoring and guiding a team of Project Managers to achieve success. Customer-Focused: Dedicated to understanding and meeting customer needs, ensuring a high level of satisfaction and repeat business. What you will need: Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain, Information Systems, or equivalent experience. An MBA is a plus. 7-10 years of relevant work experience, with a minimum of 5 years in a business-related role. 3+ Years of direct management or supervisory experience preferred. Skills, Experience & Abilities Project Management: Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects and drive process improvements. Technical Knowledge: Familiarity with systems such as telematics portals, telemetry back office, and robotics proposal tools. Leadership: Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams, manage stakeholder relationships, and drive strategic initiatives. Analytical Skills: Strong analytical skills to identify opportunities for process optimization and implement effective solutions. Customer Relations: Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with customers and dealers, ensuring satisfaction and loyalty.
