What you will do: Field Problem Solving: Actively engage in resolving field issues related to product performance and customer satisfaction. Collaborate with engineering and manufacturing resources to ensure timely resolution. New Product Support: Oversee new product readiness and supportsuccessful installations, ensuring reliability and customersatisfaction Customer Support: Conduct product service introductions and customer visits to support general sales efforts and ensure customer satisfaction with products. Communication: Effectively communicate requirements for product corrections, modifications, and improvements to relevant departments such as Service Management, Product Engineering, and Manufacturing. Training: Provide advancedtechnical and operator training for service technicians through the dealer network, promoting issue resolution systems. Warranty Management: Administer warranty policy adjustments within guidelines to maintain fair customer treatment and professional cost management. Territory Management: Manage personal time, territory, and travel expenses efficiently. Critical Issue Response: Support rapid deployment for addressing critical issues swiftly. Who you are: Effective Communicator: You excel in verbal and written communication, able to convey complex technical information clearly. Problem Solver: Strong analytical skills to identify problems and implement effective solutions. Customer-Focused: Dedicated to ensuring customer satisfaction through proactive support and service. Organized and Efficient: Excellent time management skills to handle multiple responsibilities and travel requirements. Team Leader: Ability to train and guide service technicians, fostering a collaborative and efficient team environment. What you will need: High school diploma or equivalent with 10+ years of technical/customer service experience in material handling or mobile equipment industry, Automated Guided Vehicle experience a +. 4-year BS degree in an industry-related field is preferred with 5+ years of relevant experience.Automated Guided Vehicle experience a +. Skills, Experience & Abilities Technical Knowledge: Proficiency in electrical, hydraulic, engine, transmission, control systems, and product design principles. Problem Solving: Experience in problem definition and root cause analysis. Facilitation and Negotiation: Strong skills in facilitation and negotiation. Communication Literacy: Proficient in oral, written, and PC communication. Industry Experience: Prior experience working on lift trucks or related products.
