From managing service contracts and overseeing tenant improvements, to completing property inspections and making recommendations, you will have the opportunity to share your innovative ideas to continually improve how we manage our commercial this role, you will...Develop and maintain strong relationships with property owners, tenants, vendors, and contractors.Respond in a timely manner to tenants' needs to meet lease obligations.Be responsible for annual budget preparation and tenant reconciliations.Successfully manage all operations tasks.What you'll bring3 - 5 years' experience in commercial real estate.Strong understanding of financial reports, including variance of actual vs. budget numbers.Experience with capital improvement projects.Demonstrated experience with real estate software such as Yardi, MRI, etc.Advanced skills in Microsoft Office applications (MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook).Bonus Skills and ExperienceConstruction management experience.Experience with contract and leasing agreements.Experience in managing staff.#LI-CH1#LI-OnsitePursuant to the laws regarding job postings where the position is located in, Colliers is disclosing the following information:Area/Location Specific: The Bronx, New YorkApproximate Salary Range for this Role: $73,000- $90,000Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. The range displayed on this job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries for the position across all US locations. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.Employees (and their families) are provided options for employer subsidized medical benefits including RX, dental, vision as well as employer paid basic life/AD&D insurance and short-term / long-term disability. Employees are able to enroll in our company's 401k plan. Employees will also receive 10 days of sick leave and a minimum of 15-days' vacation annually.
