Admissions Advisor About Eastern Washington University: Eastern Washington University, a regional, comprehensive public university with an enrollment of over 10,000 students, is one of six state-funded four-year institutions of higher education in Washington, each governed by its own board of trustees. Job Summary: The office of Enrollment Services at Eastern Washington University invites applications for an Admissions Advisor to support EWU's Office of Admissions. The Office of Admissions at EWU strives to meet undergraduate freshmen and transfer numbers that reflect Eastern Washington University's mission of transformation, opportunities and excellence, and make EWU an exemplary diversity serving institution for future students . The Admissions Advisor will be responsible for recruitment of prospective students for Eastern Washington University through territory management, travel, prospective student communication, admissions presentations, and file review. The territory of work consists of but is not limited to Washington counties in addition to a number of other WUE and non-WUE states. A successful candidate for the Admissions Advisor position should be passionate about helping people and fulfilling their needs in the moment, be able to maintain detailed and up-to-date understanding of assigned programs and responsibilities, demonstrate a positive attitude toward work assignments, and work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
