Our client is located in Malvern and has built their business by focusing on providing excellent customer service and quality health care products. ThePatient Care Coordinatorwill be responsible for answering phone calls and/or greeting customers, confirming insurance/ processing payments, and handling inventory as needed. This is a face-paced environment (600 new patients monthly and 1,000 phone calls/ week) and will require a person who can stay organized and pleasant while multi-tasking. Patient Care Coordinator job highlights: Receive incoming calls from hospitals, nursing staff, caregivers, physician's office, case managers, family members Process orders for medical equipment Verify insurance and process payments Scheduling/ setting up deliveries (confirm correct contact/ address info) Phone work and email (minimal walk in traffic) What we look for in a Patient Care Coordinator: Team player who is proactive, takes initiative, flexible, results-oriented and comfortable in a rapidly changing environment; Is highly motivated, organized, energetic and punctual. Attention to detail Positive 'can do' attitude and a strong work ethic Ability to handle and maintainconfidential and sensitive information; trustworthiness a must.
