What does a School to Work Coordinator do? Coordinators work alongside individuals with a wide range of disabilities at various work sites out in the community. They assist the people we support with hands on training to prepare them for future employment, with tasks such as stocking shelves, bagging, food prep, cleaning, customer service, and more. Coordinators help individuals build work skills and a resume history to set them up for success Pay Rate The starting salary is $21/hour Schedule/Hours Monday - Friday, 7:30 AM - 3:00 PM. No evenings, weekends, or holidays Qualifications Experience working with people with disabilities preferred Valid NYS driver's license and reliable transportation Associate's degree or higher What can The Arc Oneida-Lewis offer you?
