Coordinator Assistant, Health Insurance / Immunization Program Apply now Job no: 503863 Work type: Part-Time Location: Hybrid/Flexible Work Arrangement Categories: Drexel University, Enrollment Management and Student Success Job Summary The temporary Coordinator Assistant of the Health Insurance and Immunization Program assists in coordinating all aspects of the Health Insurance and Immunization program for all campuses. Essential Functions Process waivers and enrollment forms related to Health Insurance policy. Answer phone inquiries and provide information to parents and students regarding procedure for complying with the policies. Coordinate informational mailings and process heavy volume of mail and e-mail daily. Help to maintain files and records related to program. Manage office traffic flow. Act as frontline contact with students to direct them on procedures to make process trouble free. Perform data entry. Review and process Immunization forms. Support the department's mission of a healthy campus. Helps create and maintain social media accounts. Perform other duties as assigned by the Director of Health Insurance and Immunization Programs. Required Qualifications Minimum of a High School Diploma or GED degree and 1 year of experience. Strong customer service skills. Ability to maintain confidentiality. Location Hybrid/Flexible Work Arrangement - Philadelphia, PA Additional Information This is a Part-time Temporary position classified as Non-exempt. The offered pay is based on the successful candidate's qualifications and experience, department budget, and an internal equity review.
