About the Role: Our company is growing, and we believe that our team is the key to our success We are looking for a motivated, strategic, and people-first Clinical Team Lead to oversee our clinical field staff and to ensure compliance and ethics across their assigned region. This position is an office-based role supporting field staff throughout the region. This role could physically sit in Braintree, Sturbridge or Fall River, wherever is most convenient for the candidate. Region: South of Boston, Central Massachusetts and Greater Springfield. Registered Nurse Clinical Team Lead Essential Functions: First point of contact for field staff to escalate client concerns Oversees clinical service delivery and compliance Reviews weekly/monthly reports and escalates any trends or concerns to manager Documentation compliance oversight Oversees scheduling Manages care teams--caseload number and regions Oversees New Hire Orientation schedule for new hires Monitors and tracks KPI's Perform other tasks as needed or assigned Registered Nurse Clinical Team Lead Requirements: Bachelor's degree Required RN Massachusetts license Required Fluency in both English & Spanish Preferred 1-3 years management experience 5+ Years experience in clinically treating patients, with a proven success track record Experience supervising, managing performance, and training staff Able to work independently & willing to work in the Field as needed Previous experience in home health care or other branch of health care preferred Registered Nurse Clinical Team Lead Benefits and Perks: Health Insurance with a 75% employer contribution Dental and Vision Benefits Supplemental Benefits including; Life, Accident, Critical Illness and Disability Insurance 401K with a company match Generous Paid-Time-Off Competitive pay rate Wellness & Self Care Benefit Supportive team structure and company culture with a focus on work/life balance Upward career movement and growth
