Description Employee Type: Co-Op up to 40 Hours Required Education: Accounting major currently enrolled in an undergraduate or graduate level program. Travel Required: No Position Close Date: When Filled Internship Information: Start Date: Immediate: fall and spring semesters and during the summer. Full Time: 40 hours preferred but will consider students with less availability Location: Wilmington, Ohio. What you will do: The Internal Audit Intern will assist the ATSG Internal Audit Department Staff. Activities will include assisting in the planning and execution of audits, both Sarbanes Oxley (SOX) and non-SOX reviews across the Corporation, including documentation and testing of processes and controls, assisting in the drafting and vetting of findings as well as related action plans, or other duties as assigned. What you need: Currently enrolled in an undergraduate or graduate level program with an accounting major at an accredited college or university and have completed at least your freshman year. Prefer students with full time availability (Monday - Friday), however days and hours can vary according to class schedule during Fall and Spring Semesters Effective verbal and written communication skills Strong organizational, documentation, and critical thinking skills Commitment to integrity and ability to maintain confidentiality Strong attention to detail Ability to multitask.
