You will receive excellent hands on training with our National Certified Training Instructors to include: Defensive Tactics OC Foam Use of Restraints AVADE Taser and Firearms Job Skills / Requirements Responsibilities: Serves as a visible and active resource officer on campus dealing with the prevention and resolution-related behavior/social concerns. Conducts routine patrols of assigned facilities to include buildings and parking lots. Operates system equipment to include alarm systems and surveillance equipment. Counsels individual students in relation to the student's ability to function effectively in the educational environment Coordinates security for crowd and vehicle control at extra-curricular activities and special events Assists other law enforcement agencies with incidents involving local criminal activity that may impact student or site safety Maintains paperwork related to activities that may include police reports, daily activity logs and incident reports.
