We are recruiting for a part time housekeeper and host position (minimum 18hrs per week), with flexibility to increase to 35 hrs per week. At Chivas Brothers, our 1,600-strong team across 27 sites is committed to upholding the heritage of Scotch and ensuring its sustainable future, as well as opening it up to new audiences across the globe.The Linn House Housekeeper and Host has a pivotal role to play in helping the team to deliver excellent hospitality to all guests staying at Linn House through maintaining the house to high standard with a focus on health & safety.Your unique contributionTo create a pleasant experience for the guests, to be a pivotal part of the team, cleaning and maintaining bedrooms and common areas to highest of standards, greeting guests with passion and provide truly memorable moments to our guests.Key Responsibilities:Responsible for cleaning and maintaining en-suite bedrooms, back of house and common areas to maintain top condition for new arrivals and existing guestsTo ensure Linn House communal areas and guests rooms are kept to high standards of cleanliness at all timesServing breakfast, lunches and other hosting duties as requiredWashing linen, disposing of waste, organising roomsBe a team player, work with colleagues to ensure all guests needs are accommodate to high standards of qualityCarry out operations within Linn House conform to current Health and Safety legislation and report any failings to company health and safety representative to ensure the safety of everyone at Linn HouseBe qualified in First Aid - Course delivered by Chivas BrothersUndertake any other reasonable duties as requested by the Linn House SupervisorWho you'll be working withReport to the Linn House SupervisorTeam up to 9 people (Permanent)Key relationship internal: Linn House Team, Hospitality, Heritage/ International Brand Ambassadors Team Key relationship external: Linn House Guests & Company ContractorsYour blend of talentThis position could be right for you if you:Have similar experience in cleaning/house keeping for hospitality venuesDeliver excellent hospitality and customer service to guests and liaise with all work colleagues to ensure the smooth running of day-to-day routines.Good organisational skillsAbility to work within in team to promote the interests of the Chivas Brothers brands and deliver an exceptional guest experienceGood communication skills: ability to communicate effectively at all levels within and out with the Company to foster positive relationshipsAbility to work unsocial hours, including weekends, and night shifts when there is a business requirement.Pro-active outlook and the ability to adapt changing circumstances at short noticeMandatory to be based in Speyside for this roleOur mix of benefitFor your health, we offer private medical insurance, income protection and a comprehensive Employee Assistance Programme.Our lifestyle benefits include 28 days' annual holiday, your employee pension, share incentive plan, season ticket loans, payroll giving and moreYou can access lots of gifts & discounts, including an allowance each year to spend on our brands in our staff shop and employee discounts from a range of high street retailers.We have regular events in our very own office bar, employee-run networks, a culture of flexibility and trust and a variety of tools and resources to help you focus on your wellbeing and mental fitness.Conviviality: the Pernod Ricard WayWe have our own way of doing things.
