East Bay Community Action Program (EBCAP) is seeking a full-time Vice President of Human Resources for our Agency. The Vice President of Human Resources is a member of the Senior Management Team and reports directly to the President/CEO. The Vice President of Human Resources will provide support, leadership, and supervision to the Human Resources staff developing and administering a comprehensive and legal process including the following: Recruitment Training Retention Compensation Benefits Policy Writing Employee Relations Extensive Knowledge of and Proficiency in: Employment law and HR best practices. Management techniques. Effective communication strategies. Maintain confidentiality and adhere to professional, ethical performance standards. Have excellent presentation skills, superior leadership and management skills. Foster and cultivate trust and partnerships with all levels. Required Education and Experience: A bachelor's degree in human resources or a related field with at least 10 plus years of experience including management. Must have extensive education and knowledge of federal and state laws and licensing/accreditation requirements that impact Human Resources. Non-profit experience preferred.
