Share insights with the product development and marketing teams to advise strategic decisions. Become expert in the use of Herbalife syndicated databases and derive analytics & insights from them Become expert on all Herbalife products and provide vital info and creative to key executive partners as needed Manage product sampling initiatives as needed for global distributor events and executives Become expert in the NPD process and support all product categories operationally WHAT'S SPECIAL ABOUT THE TEAM: You will be part of the Worldwide Product Marketing team. We are a team that develops the Global Product Strategy, leads the Global New Product Development Process and oversees the Global Product pipeline. We lead all global product renovation and support the regions with their strategies and new product initiatives. As a global team, we collaborate with regions, cross-functional teams and executives and are the Center of Excellence for Product. Qualifications SKILLS AND BACKGROUND REQUIRED TO BE SUCCESSFUL: 4 years experience in marketing, marketing research or related field Ability to utilize syndicated databases and develop insights Experience or curiosity about nutritional products Strong analytical skills, ability to analyze data to drive accurate decision making Curiosity about new product development and becoming the product expert Learning agility and the ability to understand/synthesize large amounts of data Attention to detail Strong communication skills (verbal and written) to communicate effectively with executives, regional colleagues and team colleagues Keen understanding of marketing concepts, ability to prepare market analysis, prepare compelling PowerPoint presentations Education Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration or related area or equivalent experience #LI-GB1 At Herbalife, we value doing what's right.
