The curriculum development team supports Pega employees, customers, and partners in getting up-to-speed on each new release of Pega Platform quickly and efficiently. We trust each other's diverse expertise, support one another's professional goals, and work together with technical experts to create impactful and engaging experiences for internal and external learners. Picture Yourself at Pega: In collaboration with the team, you will design and write scenario-based missions, develop both conceptual and instructional videos, and create interactive challenges for learners with varied technical experience. You will liaise with teams across Digital Learning Solutions to drive the use of Pega GenAI to design and develop Pega's enablement content. What You'll Do at Pega: Gain deeper expertise of Pega Platform so that you can enable learners on new features and best practices. Contribute to innovative automations, and efficiency across the Digital Learning Solutions team's operations and processes. Develop and update content, images, videos, practice activities, and interactive learning experiences to enable learners on Pega Platform. Conduct content peer and quality assurance reviews to ensure adherence to Pega's high standards. Triage, research, and validate edit and enhancement requests to existing curriculum. Author new training and challenge content to close enablement gaps. Identify the impact to the curriculum for each new Pega Platform release. Conduct end-to-end regression testing for all courseware exercises on new release versions. This is a hybrid role with 2-3 days working in our Waltham, MA. office. What You've Accomplished: You are a natural born teacher. Even if you have not formally taught, you always find yourself coaching your peers or teams. You have strong analytical, written, and verbal communication skills, with a proven ability to clearly present technical information to others. You build understanding and consensus among project stakeholders by prototyping innovative solutions to complex issues. You have experience with or interest in generative AI and prompt engineering. Whether from a degree, a bootcamp, or a personal passion, you know your way around Python, JavaScript, or TypeScript and can pick up a new language or framework quickly. You understand how to navigate and work with large data sets. System Architect Certification (required within 3 months after joining Pegasystems).
