Position Overview: The RGM Analyst is responsible for supporting the RGM & Business Development team through data analysis, reporting, and support of key initiatives and rollouts. This role will work closely with the Director of Business Development and RGM Senior Manager to analyze promotional effectiveness, track trade spending, and maintain dashboards and tools. The RGM Analyst will contribute to the success of the team by providing timely and accurate data insights and assisting in the development of actionable recommendations. Duties and Responsibilities Data Analysis and Insights Gather, cleanse, and analyze sales, pricing, and promotional data to support the RGM team's initiatives Identify trends and anomalies in data, providing insights and recommendations Reporting and Visualization Assist in development and maintenance of Power BI dashboards to track and visualize key metrics RGM & Business Development Systems and Tools Support the implementation of new systems and tools, including the Trade Promotion Management system Train sales teams and other stakeholders in RGM systems and tools Assist in validation to ensure accuracy and consistency Education Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Statistics, or a related field. Experience 1-3 years of experience in an analytical role, preferably within the consumer packaged goods (CPG) industry Skills Strong analytical and problem-solving skills: Ability to analyze complex data sets, identify trends, and draw actionable insights Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint) Experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI) is a plus Excellent attention to detail and ability to work independently Strong communication skills Technical Skills Experience with syndicated data sources (Nielsen, IRI) Familiarity with RGM concepts Additional Desired Skills Experience in the beauty or cosmetics industry Knowledge of consumer behavior and market trends #LI-SB1 The base pay range for this position in New York City is $70,000 - $90,000/year; however base pay offered may vary depending on skills, experience, job-related knowledge, and location. Certain positions may also be eligible for short and/or long-term incentives as part of total compensation. Employees (and their families) are eligible for medical, dental, and vision benefits.
