Position Overview: Are you a detail-oriented and driven professional with a passion for securing and managing grants? The Center for Disability Services is seeking a Grants Coordinator to play a key role in our dynamic team. Reporting to the Senior Grant Coordinator, you will be instrumental in shaping our funding strategies, working hand-in-hand with various departments to drive our mission forward. Pay range for this role is $24.12 - $33.76 and is commensurate with education and experience. Key Responsibilities: Innovative Research & Proposal Development: Discover and assess funding opportunities, and partner in crafting compelling grant proposals that showcase our impactful programs. Strategic Application Management: Organize and prepare grant applications with precision, ensuring all submissions meet deadlines and funder requirements. Efficient Post-Award Administration: Manage grant compliance, oversee budgets, submit detailed reports, and handle acknowledgements to maintain strong relationships with funders. Meticulous Documentation: Maintain thorough electronic records and up-to-date files for all grant-related activities, ensuring accuracy and accessibility. Data-Driven Insights: Collect and analyze annual statistics and program data to support grant applications and inform strategic decisions. Systematic Maintenance: Ensure grant management systems are current, track deadlines, and stay on top of evolving focus areas. Requirements: Education: Associate's degree required; Bachelor's degree preferred. Experience: At least 3 years of relevant experience with an Associate's degree, or 2 years with a Bachelor's degree. Skills: Exceptional written and verbal communication. Strong analytical and mathematical abilities. Proven expertise in grant writing and research. Highly organized with outstanding project management skills. Working Environment: Thrive in a fast-paced setting where multitasking and prioritizing are key.
