Role description: As a Junior Revit Modeler, you will be responsible for creating preliminary and detailed design figures and drawings for Water Division projects, including developing conceptual site layouts, detailed design drawings, and assisting with conceptual cost opinions. Collaborating effectively within a team environment is crucial, establishing and maintaining strong relationships across different teams where client project work overlaps. Your role involves developing design drawings such as plans, sections, and details, working closely with various engineering disciplines and project staff. Managing multiple assignments simultaneously will require strong organizational and problem-solving skills. Ensuring project compliance with Arcadis' practices, quality, and safety standards, you will facilitate coordination for timely project completion within budget. Additional duties as assigned will contribute to your professional growth and the success of project deliverables. Qualifications & Experience: Required: Associates Degree in Architecture, Engineering Technology, or CAD. Minimum of 2 years Revit experience. Academic or Professional experience as Revit Modeler preferably with process mechanical engineering design and construction projects. Basic working knowledge of software required for maintaining the quality and consistency of CAD (i.e., designs, as-builts, symbology, connectivity, and annotation). Must be highly motivated with the ability to budget own time and work efficiently to achieve project goals both independently and as part of project teams. Preferred: 2 years of professional work experience in similar role with a Consulting Engineering firm. Experience with Water Resources design and drawing production for architectural, structural, civil/site, stormwater, green infrastructure, and water/wastewater projects. Associates degree in Architecture / Construction Technology or closely related field of study. Strong working proficiency with Revit, AutoCAD and Microstation. Experience with both 2D & 3D drafting. Experience with x'referencing, layering, preparing quantity takeoffs and estimates along with assessing constructability of design concepts. Experience with BIM 360 / AutoDesk Construction Cloud.
