At DRN, we harness the power of license plate recognition (LPR) and public records data, combined with advanced analytics, to give you unmatched insights into vehicle locations. With the most extensive LPR data coverage in the US, you get actionable intelligence to make timely, impactful decisions for collections, recovery, investigations, and fraud challenges.Job Description Provide support to a team of sales outside representatives. Responsible for monitoring overall account activity for assigned group. Tracks sales, payments and collections. Process sales contracts, profiles and assist in onboarding new agents. Creates monthly reports to assist affiliate team. Ex: affiliate network reports, monthly team sales results, and others as needed. Prepares product quotes as needed for current and pre-sales customers. Contributes to moderately complex aspects of a project. Work is independent and collaborative in nature. Provides regular updates to manager on project/account status. Preferred Qualifications: High School Diploma or Equivalent Attention to detail Customer Oriented Excellent written and verbal communication Must be comfortable with continuous multi-tasking Able to work as part of a team Comfortable bringing new ideas on working smarter not harder Knowledge of Google Sheet or Excel Salesforce experience This position is a remote position and candidates can be located anywhere in the US. #LI-TW1 #LI-REMOTEBasic Requirements 1-2 years of sales coordination, or sales administration, and/or customer facing experience.
