Working closely with team management, this role will maintain schedules, provide feedback, and handle documentation. The ideal candidate will analyze blueprints and other documents to prepare accurate time, cost, materials, and labor estimates based on customer needs and prepare takeoffs/estimates for assigned jobs. What are we looking for Associates Degree in Accounting, Business, Engineering or equivalent related work experience required. Three plus (3+) years estimating experience required. Basic knowledge and understanding of applicable building codes and plan and spec fundamentals is essential. Additional skills preferred but not required Bachelor's Degree in related field. Experience working in controls, HVAC, and/or construction industry preferred. Strong Computer skills including Microsoft Office Suite and SalesForce CRM is preferred.
