Our platform is the heart of our mission.We promote global advocacy and alignment across the geographic sales regions and lead the digital future by protecting Motorola's investment in digital sales platforms and maximizing the return on those investments.Job DescriptionWe are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Program Manager to join our Sales Insights & Productivity team. The Program Manager will play a critical role in managing strategic projects, coordinating efforts across different teams, and ensuring projects are completed within scope, timeline, and budget. Additionally, this individual will be responsible for coordinating the company-wide feature prioritization process, helping maintain the sales tool product roadmaps, driving sales tool adoption, and gathering feedback to continually improve our digital sales tools.Responsibilities include but are not limited to:Lead and manage strategic projects within the Sales Insights & Productivity team, ensuring alignment with the overall business and sales objectivesDevelop and maintain project plans for strategic sales tool development initiatives, including timelines, milestones, tasks, and resource allocation, to ensure projects are completed on time and within budgetHelp maintain the sales tool product roadmaps, working closely with the Digital Sales Tool Product ManagersCoordinate efforts across cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, engineering, UX/UI design, and customer support, to successfully execute projects and deliver high-quality resultsManage project risks and issues, proactively identifying and resolving any roadblocks that may impact project deliveryCollaborate closely with stakeholders to define project scope, goals, and deliverables, ensuring clear communication and alignment throughout the project lifecycleCoordinate the MSI company-wide feature prioritization process, working closely with global Product, Service, and Go-To-Market teamsDrive sales tool adoption by creating and implementing effective strategies, campaigns, and training programs to educate and motivate sales teams on the benefits and usage of the toolsGather feedback from sales teams regarding the digital sales tools, actively seeking insights and suggestions to enhance the tools' effectiveness and usabilityAnalyze sales tool usage data and feedback to identify trends, patterns, and areas for improvement, translating them into actionable recommendations for ongoing development and enhancementsCollaborate with the Digital Sales Tool Product Managers to prioritize and incorporate feedback into the product roadmap, ensuring continuous improvement and innovationCommunicate project progress, updates, and key milestones to stakeholders and senior management, providing clear and concise reports and presentationsStay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies related to digital sales tools, leveraging this knowledge to drive innovation and improvements within the teamQualifications:Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field; MBA a plus5+ years of experience in program management, preferably within a software product environmentStrong project management skills with a proven track record of successfully managing and delivering complex projects on time and within budgetExcellent coordination and communication skills with the ability to effectively collaborate and build relationships with cross-functional teams and stakeholdersStrong analytical and problem-solving abilities with a data-driven mindset and the ability to leverage insights to drive decision-makingExperience in driving sales tool adoption and gathering user feedback to improve product usability and effectivenessFamiliarity with Agile methodologies and project management toolsSelf-motivated and results-oriented with the ability to work independently and efficiently manage multiple projects and prioritiesStrong leadership skills with the ability to influence and motivate teams to achieve project goalsExperience in the technology industry, preferably in the B2B software or telecommunications space, highly desirableFamiliarity with Salesforce a plusJoin our Sales Insights & Productivity team as a Program Manager and contribute to our mission of delivering innovative and impactful sales tools.
