The Discounter will need to accurately fund or deny funding of installment loan contracts according to the Indirect Department and Bank policies and guidelines.Essential Responsibilities:Enter and evaluate loan package documentation for accuracy and adherence to compliance and procedureEnsure the accuracy of contract figures, disclosures, signatures and documentation for the loan type and contract fundingIdentify errors in calculations and/or missing documentation; work with dealership for corrections and help maintain department exceptionsRefer major loan violations to supervisor/manager for reviewDisseminate and process mail, exception bags and loan bag runsManage logs and spreadsheets used by the departmentPerform other related duties as assigned or directedMaintain proficient knowledge of, and demonstrate ongoing compliance with all laws and regulations applicable to this position, ensure ongoing adherence to pertinent policies, procedures, and internal controls, and meet all job-specific training requirements in a timely fashionHours: 40 hours per week; includes rotating late shifts, assigned Saturdays and some HolidaysLocation: Olean, NYCompensation: Level to be determined by experience.
