CRM & Loyalty Marketing Manager Renewal by Andersen - New York, NY Renewal by Andersen is looking for its future CRM and Loyalty Marketing Manager As a CRM and Loyalty Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for delivering all necessary CRM campaigns required to drive and grow repeat and referral sales. You will work closely with colleagues in the marketing & sales teams and report directly to our Chief Marketing Officer. Renewal by Andersen is the custom division of Andersen Windows. Founded in 1903, Andersen Windows has been the world's largest and most recognized brand for exclusive window and door systems. Renewal by Andersen was founded with the objective of creating a different and better window and door replacement experience for homeowners. All characteristics for this role will include, but are not limited to, the following: Design and manage effective CRM programs to maximize customer loyalty, retention, and lifetime value. Develop, implement, and manage customer referral programs. Plan, implement, and manage targeted communication campaigns across multiple channels including direct mail, email, texting and social media. Use customer data to personalize communications and offers. Identify data-driven improvement opportunities and implement corrective actions. Measure the performance of the campaigns, optimizing the plans to drive sales. Maintain a test and learn approach. Use analysis tools to monitor CRM and site performance, generating regular reports on trends, KPIs and results. Keep an eye on the market to keep pushing innovation. Qualifications: Minimum of 5 years of professional experience in marketing or a related field Proficiency in data analysis, analytics, and reporting to inform strategic decision-making Highly organized, adaptable, and detail-oriented Excellent verbal, presentation, and written communication abilities Ability to effectively collaborate with vendors and internal stakeholders, utilizing a consultative approach Demonstrated dedication to customer satisfaction and a proven track record of achieving success for both internal and external customers Compensation and Benefits: $110,000-$130,000/annually, based on experience Medical, dental, vision, and life insurance 401(K) program with company match percentage PTO, paid holidays, and floating holidays Employee perks discount program Student Loan Repayment Program and Student Tuition Reimbursement Schedule: Onsite at 40 W 57th St, New York, NY 10019 Monday-Friday; 9:00am-6:00pm DISCLAIMER: The above information on this description has been designed to indicate the general nature and level of work performed by employees in this classification.
