Are you ready to change the world? Apply now Job Summary The Executive Assistant, under limited supervision, performs a full range of advanced administrative support to the Dean. The Executive Assistant acts as the primary point of contact for internal and external constituencies, assists and represents the Dean in communicating with constituents, and handles multiple incoming issues and concerns addressed to the Dean. The Executive Assistant provides supervision and guidance to assigned staff and manages a variety of special projects. Minimum Qualifications Associate's Degree in Business Administration Five (5) years of experience, including two years experience in providing executive support experience for President, Vice President, Dean, Executive Director, or similar title. Two additional years of directly related training and experience may be substituted for degree. Relevant combinations of education, training and experience may be considered. Preferred Qualifications Experience in an academic setting is helpful Minimum Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities Demonstrated proficiency with Microsoft office suite skill set including advanced knowledge of PowerPoint Ability to work with sensitive information in a confidential and diplomatic manner Ability to prioritize, plan, and organize Ability to work independently without constant supervision Ability to adapt to change quickly Skill in organizing resources and establishing priorities Ability to effectively and efficiently handle multiple, simultaneous, and complex tasks and projects Excellent verbal and written communication skills Ability to work with a wide range of diverse internal and external constituencies Shift Business Hours: Monday - Friday Travel No travel Driving Incidental driving possible, but not required Starting Salary/Rate Expected hiring range: $65,000- $75,000 per year Pay transparency disclosure: The selected candidate's salary will be determined based on factors that include the available budget, internal equity, and the final candidate's qualifications, experience, education and other job-related credentials.
