The candidate is responsible for providing superior customer service and transaction handling to our clients. Manage daily workflow processing, provide client service, fund operations and Intermediary support. Responsibilities: Provide superior client service by effectively handling calls, emails and work items with professionalism, accuracy and within deadlines, including supporting the Dealer Services/Intermediary Call Center Perform client account maintenance including but not limited to assisting with online set up, name/address maintenance, transfer requests, account re-registration and trade processing Offer factual insight and information regarding NB Mutual Funds, Closed End Funds and ETF products to prospective and current clients, including literature or online access to information Interact with and oversee the Fund's Transfer Agent with heavy follow through on client work items Facilitate communication to shareholders to resolve processing issues and provide requested information Partner with internal groups (Portfolio & Wealth management, sales/marketing and legal/compliance teams) to deliver timely and accurate responses to internal inquiries and client requests/issues Perform daily and monthly metrics reporting and ad hoc projects as needed Assist with the update and distribution of notices and other time sensitive retirement materials such as Application, Custodial Agreements, and all Retirement related mailings Qualifications: Bachelor's degree required (Business degree preferred) 3 to 5 years of Financial services, sales and/or customer service experience and retirement experience preferred Superior communication and interpersonal skills and telephone skills required Strong time management, detail oriented, and organized with strong follow-through skills Team oriented and ability to collaborate with others yet can work independently Proficiency in Microsoft Office and advanced Excel proficiency preferred SIE, Series 6 and Series 63 or SIE, Series 7 and Series 66 required. Opportunity to obtain Series 24 Compensation Details The salary range for this role is $55,000-$80,000. This is the lowest to highest salary we in good faith believe we would pay for this role at the time of this posting. We may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range, and the range may be modified in the future. This range is only applicable for jobs to be performed in New York City. An employee's pay position within the salary range will be based on several factors including, but limited to, relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, geographic location, performance, shift, travel requirements, sales or revenue-based metrics, any collective bargaining agreements, and business or organizational needs. This job is also eligible for a discretionary bonus.
