PROGRAM ASSOCIATE Job Details Job Location 2006 Madison Avenue Business Office - New York, NY Remote Type Hybrid Position Type Full Time Education Level High School Salary Range $21.77 - $25.00 Hourly Travel Percentage None Job Category Health Care Description Summary: Provides administrative/billing support to Health Home Program team. Meets established deadlines to upload patient/program data into appropriate data entry systems (e.g. BTQ, RMA) Coordinate daily office operations of department including schedules, appointments, meetings and conferences Prepares, transcribes, types, and proofs a variety of memos, reports, correspondence and minutes. Completes Excel spreadsheets and PowerPoint presentations as needed. Reconciles department credit card expenses using Concur system. Submits expense reports to finance department. Establishes and maintains office records, documents and files Meets established deadlines to upload patient/program data into appropriate data entry systems Gather, analyze and summarize data in written and visual formats to assist in monitoring key indicators of program performance Uses initiative and good judgment to coordinate and implement special projects under supervision Participate in program/department Continuous Quality Improvement Projects Is proactive in identifying and meeting data needs of the department Experience and/or Skills: Computer literacy with proficiency in MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint. Demonstrated organizational, interpersonal, oral and written communication skills and the ability to handle multiple assignments at any time Ability to generate, interpret and analyze data from multiple sources Education/Licenses Required: High school diploma/GED Qualifications QUALIFICATIONS: High school diploma or equivalent required Basic computer and internet navigational skills required Computer literacy with Windows-based operating systems and MS Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint) required Familiarity with electronic health records (EHR) technology preferred Equal Employment Opportunity/Affirmative Action: The Institute for Family Health is an Equal Employment Opportunity Employer.
