The ideal candidate will have extensive knowledge and experience in leading and managing HR projects, process analysis, agile execution, and with strong stakeholder, relationship, and schedule management. The HR Project Manager will be responsible for overseeing and managing the delivery of HR projects from inception to completion, ensuring that projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to a high quality. This Project Manager will work across the Service Transformation, HR Technology & Total Rewards portfolios. Key ResponsibilitiesProject Management: Lead and manage HR projects from inception to completion, ensuring that projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to a high qualityLead projects with a highly consultative approach, actively seeks input and collaboration from stakeholders, fostering a collaborative environment that drives successful outcomesUtilize Agile methodologies to execute projects and maintain project schedules, and use tools such as Jira, ServiceNow, Asana, and other project management softwareMonitor project risks, develop mitigation plans, and provide regular updates to stakeholdersCommunications: Develop and implement effective communication plans to ensure that project stakeholders are informed and engaged throughout the project lifecycleBuild strong relationships and collaborate effectively with stakeholders to ensure that their needs and requirements are understood and metBusiness Analysis: Collaborate with HR and cross-functional teams to identify project requirements, scope, objectives, and outcomesDevelop requirements documents and visual wireframes/prototypesConduct process analysis to identify improvements and optimize project deliveryQualificationsBachelor's degree in HR, Business, Project Management or related field5 years of experience in HR Project Management and/or Business AnalysisProven experience in leading and managing projects from inception to completionProven business analysis experience eliciting requirements and building visual wireframesExperience in process analysis and process improvement methodologiesExperience with Agile execution methodologiesStrong stakeholder and relationship management skillsExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsStrong analytical and problem-solving skillsExperience with Google Workspace, Slack, and project management tools such as JiraProject Management and/or agile certifications are preferred, such as PMP, SAFe, Scrum MasterDesired CompetenciesStrong attention to detail and accuracy.Ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders at all levels.Excellent organizational and time management skills.Ability to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines.#LI-BD2 Yahoo is proud to be an equal opportunity workplace. The compensation package may also include incentive compensation opportunities in the form of discretionary annual bonus or commissions, in addition to equity incentives.
