For more information, go to . Job Description: Goodyear is seeking energetic individuals to join our team through our Supply Chain Rotational Program (SCRP). The goal of this accelerated and fast-paced program is to build our next generation of Supply Chain professionals. The program is designed to develop high caliber individuals into future leaders in Supply Chain or Operations Management. Our participants get the opportunity to gain high level visibility to leadership and create significant impact within a global manufacturing organization. They gain experience learning Supply Chain management tools, leading meetings and business reviews, presenting to Senior Leadership and driving continuous improvement projects. Graduates of the Goodyear SCRP are developed as the talent pipeline for many roles and areas including but not limited to: Production Planning (Item Level Planning) Demand Planning (Forecasting) Supply Chain Analyst (Customer Supply Chain, Materials Management, or Product Business Unit focused) Transportation Analyst Deployment New Associates entering the Supply Chain Rotational Program will rotate through a series of 3-5 assignments, each approximately 6 months in duration, within the following functional areas: Demand Planning, Customer Supply Chain, Materials Management, Business Process Excellence and Logistics and Warehousing. Examples of Rotational Responsibilities: Lead demand collaboration meetings with key sales channel leaders Optimize reporting and methodology Negotiate container contracts Maintain carrier scorecards Ensure customer satisfaction for key accounts (e.g.: Walmart and Sam's Club) Support raw materials planning Requirements: Bachelor's in Business, Economics, Engineering, Computer Science or related field (Preferred Supply Chain or Logistics) Minimum 3.0 overall GPA required Intellectual curiosity with a drive for root-cause analysis Continuous Improvement mentality and problem-solving skills Proven ability to manage time, prioritize tasks, and accomplish goals simultaneously Strong analytical and data management skills Demonstrated leadership and growth potential Ability to thrive in a team environment Strong interpersonal skills An appreciation for diversity with interest in global experiences Capable of interacting with all organization levels from entry level Associates to Senior Leadership Strong desire and motivation to develop a career in Supply Chain Co-op or Intern Experience in Supply Chain fields a plus Multi-lingual is a plus U.S. Citizen or legally authorized to work full-time in the U.S. To Apply It is required that you go to to create your candidate profile in order to be eligible for this position.
