Job TitleM&A Senior Program ManagerJob Description SummaryResponsible to execute a project or group of projects to its successful conclusion; define the goals in terms of scope, time, and cost. Manage the on account Mergers & Acquisitions program using established processes, experience, and expertise and manager/supervise other direct & indirect members of the team.Job DescriptionJob DescriptionResponsibilities Assemble and manage a project team of internal and external professionalsMonitor and review the workload of one or more direct & indirect team membersDevelop, review, and approve plans for completing project deliverablesManage day-to-day client interaction and expectationsPrepare and/or review project contractsPlay critical leadership, coordination, and communication role with all stakeholdersEnsure the project plan, scope, work structure, schedule, and budget are maintained by all involved partiesCreate and evaluate project schedulesDevelop project budgets; monitor and ensure budgets are metTrack savings opportunities and cost avoidance for client documentationOversee document preparation and completionCreate and evaluate project reporting; provide timely and accurate project status reporting to internal and external partiesContinually seek and capitalize upon opportunities to increase customer satisfaction and deepen client relationshipsPrepare agendas and meeting minutesProactively identify or gain feedback for improvements and/or process gaps from account team or client, or at the direction of account leadership, prepare value proposition for new programs and assignments.Gather data (inclusive of customer & team feedback) and requirements to assess opportunities to streamline and gain efficiencies in existing processes and programs.Assist with new business pursuitsRequirements Bachelor's degree in construction management, Project Management, or related discipline is preferred7+ years of project, program or mergers & acquisitions management experienceOr any similar combination of education and experiencePMP certification or ability to pursueLean Six Sigma/Agile training/experience preferredChange Management training/experience preferredSolid understanding of the commercial real estate industry is requiredAdvanced knowledge of Microsoft OfficeProficiency with project management tools (e.g. Microsoft Project and/or Smartsheets)Willing/able to travelStrong organization with proven leadership and interpersonal skillsAbility to perform duties under deadline pressure in a fast-paced, high volume environmentDetail oriented and thoroughProven record of providing excellent internal and external customer serviceExcellent oral and written communication skills, including presentation skillsPhysical Requirements Involves work of a general office nature; typically includes extended periods of sitting and/or operation of a computer for up to 8 hours a dayMay involve periods of standing, such as operating at a copier/ scannerRegularly required to talk, hear, and use hands and fingers to write and typeAbility to speak clearly so others can understand youAbility to read and understand information and ideas presented orally and in writingAbility to communicate information and ideas in writing and orally so others will understandRegularly required to utilize vision abilities, allowing reading of printed material, graphics, and computer displaysCushman & Wakefield also provides eligible employees with an opportunity to enroll in a variety of benefit programs, generally including health, vision, and dental insurance, flexible spending accounts, health savings accounts, retirement savings plans, life, and disability insurance programs, and paid and unpaid time away from work.
