The experience gained within the program will help U.S. Businesses future talent.Our program offers three 8-month rotations within the U.S. Businesses and is structured to give you a broad background through meaningful exposure focused in areas such as Product Development & Innovation, Sales, Customer Experience, and more.Your Day to Day:You will work in a collaborative and encouraging environment that promotes and rewards individual contributions, while placing equal importance on the results of the larger team.Your 8-month rotations while in program will be within the following or other areas and may vary based on business need:Product Development & Innovation: These are tech-savvy pioneers with one eye on whats newand the other on whats next. Whether you work on a product team or lead one, youll oversee combining of key insights about our customers with Prudentials overall business strategy.
