This positionislocated in ourCentral Region Office (CRO)inUnion Gap, WA{rel='nofollow'}. Upon hire, you must live within a commutable distance from the duty station. This is an opportunity to be a leader in protecting public health, environment, and way of life for a large area of the state. Get to work with staff experts to problem solve difficult permitting and compliance issues. Find common ground with Tribes and members of the public to improve air quality for everyone. We are looking for applicants who have great leadership with the ability to build and nurture collaborative team. Ideal applicants will have good communication organizational skills, strategic thinking abilities, experience leading diverse groups, and know how to thoughtfully navigate how best to focus grants and resources where they are most needed. Tele-work options for this position:This position will have flexibility of a hybrid schedule, empowering work from home and office, providing less time in traffic and shrinking your carbon footprint.
