Assignment will start as a Truck Loader and be moved do a different opening after peak season. The work schedule is Sunday evening - Friday morning, 11pm-7am. This position will be required to work at all Hallmark facilities. At the completion of this temp to hire assignment, you will be offered a full-time position within our Order Processing department or you can apply to other available positions at that time. Work overtime when it is required (you can complete overtime hours when it works for your schedule.) Be bending, stooping, and lifting frequently every day. BASIC QUALIFICATIONS The following is required to be considered for this role: At least 18 years of age Able to read, write and understand English Ability to constantly stand, walk, push/pull, and reach above shoulder level Ability to push, pull, lift, and carry up to 30 pounds constantly, up to 40 pounds frequently, and up to 60 pounds occasionally PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS Previous warehouse/distribution experience Previous order processing/pick and pull experience. (If you don't have order picker experience, that's okay) Strong concentration skills, problem solving skills, and the ability to rapidly read and process numeric information.
