Resident Life Coordinator - Full Time - Albany Market Job description The Residence Life Director is a 12 - month live-in position on campus housing . The Residence Life Coordinator is responsible for overseeing the residential life program at Bryant & Stratton College-Albany Market. This position includes educational, managerial and administrative functions to provide a residential environment reflective of the College's core values. Expectations include managing/training the student Residential Hall Assistants, developing quality educational and cultural programming alongside hall staff, setting up move in's and move out events, mitigating roommate conflicts, assisting with judicial issues, and all administrative work related to the campus. The Residence Life Coordinator works closely with multiple campus departments utilizing BSC's personalized education approach to support student success and retention endeavors. This includes monitoring resident student's attendance and progress alongside the students' Academic Advisor. Also, as part of this job the Residence Life Coordinator will be a part of the student services team, providing support and office coverage when necessary. Ability to promote intercultural understanding among subsets of students and administration Ability to promote intercultural understanding among subsets of students and administration 1-year Previous Resident Hall responsibility required Strong Supervisory Skills a must SALARY Non-Exempt: $34,000 - $37,000 ($16.34 - $17.78 per hour) This position is eligible for overtime. Housing costs are paid by the college. _Please note that the compensation information is a good faith estimate of the base pay for this position.
