Senior Healthcare Program Specialist - Albany NY DPDM - 1106 Summary The Bureau of Social Care and Community Supports works to integrate health and human services within the Medicaid program. The bureau is composed of two units, Housing and Social Determinants of Health. This position is within the Housing Unit. The incumbent will oversee housing providers that are contracted to assist vulnerable Medicaid members in obtaining supportive housing. Duties of the position include: Review and submit budgets and budget modifications Analyze, track, and report on fiscal trends Provide training and technical assistance to providers on fiscal transactions, including budgets and budget modifications Provide training to team on budget and voucher requirements Assist with contractual transactions and voucher review as assigned Assist with quality assurance/performance improvement initiatives Collect and analyze data related to housing programs Work with other providers and other OHIP Divisions on hosing data submissions Assist in research project related to housing EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE Bachelor's degree required. Five (5) or more years of experience in health care related field Compensation for roles at Staffing Solutions Organization LLC (SSO) varies depending on a wide array of factors including, but not limited to, the specific office location, role, skill set, and level of experience.
