In the role of Water/Wastewater Designer/EIT, we'll count on you to:Create planning level, preliminary, and detailed designs of water focused systems under instruction from a Project Engineer or person in responsible chargePrepare deliverables for water or water resources focused systems, write specifications, analysis, modeling, and study-level reports, determine appropriate design methods, possible equipment sizing and selection, and work directly with our Clients to deliver an outstanding experiencePerform as part of a quality assurance team and conduct quality control reviews of completed deliverablesPerform other duties as neededPreferred QualificationsEIT or ability to obtain. Candidates hired without their EIT will be called 'Water/Wastewater Designer' and are expected to obtain their EIT for career progressionLocal candidates preferredRequired QualificationsBachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or equivalent fieldInterest or experience designing water/wastewater treatment facilitiesAutoCAD and/or MicroStation experienceMicrosoft Office experienceMust be able to work in a team environmentAn attitude and commitment to being an active participant of our employee-owned culture is a mustWhat We BelieveHDR is our company.
