We invite you to join our team supporting the most mission critical programs across the globe Responsibilities: Install, operate, maintain, repair and modify equipment. Perform a variety of maintenance and technical support on products such as equipment, integrated systems and subsystems, and software at customer and/or field locations. Analyze and evaluate products and related performance. Troubleshoot and diagnose malfunctions to eliminate problem in minimum time. Install, upgrade and remove products ensuring coordinative engineering field change. Provide technical support to engineers on a variety of technical tasks. Gather, maintain, format, compile, and manipulate technical data, such as laboratory or material test results and engineering design changes. Produce engineering documentation, reports, drawings (flow charts, block diagrams, and schematics). Use personal computer in performance of analyses and development of documentation/reports May conduct tests and record data to assist with engineering evaluation or analysis. Maintain effective customer communications and relations. Work under only general direction. Determine and develop approach to solutions Qualifications: High School Diploma (no Bachelor's Degree required) Ability to Obtain Secret Clearance Proficient skill level with Microsoft Office applications: Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc. Knowledge of JIRA software Be able to effectively communicate with Customer, Program team and other functional departments. Strong organizational skills and the ability to work in a dynamic and fast paced environment Desired Qualifications: Associates Degree in electronics, electrical engineering technology, avionics discipline Training/combined experience in electronics field may be substituted Military training/combined experience in electronics field Combined degree and experience preferred Ability to read Engineering Drawings (1-2 years' experience) Data Acquisition (1-2 years' experience) Electronic Testing (1-2 years' experience) Read Electrical Schematics (1-2 years' experience) Your Recruiter Still have questions?
