Director Customer Marketing Location: Shelton, CT Place of work: Hybrid Director Customer Marketing is responsible for driving strategy development and implementation at our customers for all i-Health brands in the US and Canada. Shopper Marketing strategy and execution also falls under the direction of this position. You are the main conduit between sales and marketing teams and drive profitable volume by collaborating with Marketing in the region to align on strategies that are win/win for our customers and our brands. Your key responsibilities Oversee the Customer Business Planning Process on an annual & multi-year basis by working cross-functionally with Marketing, Sales, Finance and Operations Develop overall brand strategies in collaboration with Marketing. Co-develop pricing, promotion, placement and product from an account and channel standpoint published via playbook and link brand strategy with channel & customer strategies Oversee the delivery of profitable sales volume by managing volume flow, promotional levers, and trade spend and serve as an internal advocate for the needs of account teams Oversee processes to deliver specifications and content for all e-commerce customers Oversee all customer insights activities by identifying and using best in class tools and providing meaningful insights to our customers Mentor, develop and lead a team of 8 professionals This position is eligible for the dsm-firmenich Hybrid Working Model, spending 2 days per week in the Shelton, CT office and the balance of the week in a home office that is commutable via car to Shelton.
