This is how we improve health and enable people to live better, healthier lives. Join us on our journey of growth Teva is searching for a Manager, Long Term Care for our psychiatry sales team. This position will be part of the newly created Long Term Care (LTC) team responsible for the representation of our psychiatry products within LTC facilities, LTC corporations, behavioral health organizations and associated HCPs. The role of the Manager will be to build a successful regional team comprised of 7-9 LTC Associate Account Managers. The Manager will be responsible for achieving and delivering national results in a compliant and ethical manner. They will possess an understanding of organizational objectives and align resources appropriately to meet those objectives. While pursuing their goals, they will uphold the culture and values of Teva in all interactions and business matters. The incumbent will effectively and appropriately analyze trends and apply knowledge to help the account team accomplish their objectives. Additionally, the Manager will effectively and efficiently plan and complete all business activities via aligned objectives, analytics and maximizing available resources. They will build and maintain strong, mutually beneficial networks/relationships with both internal and external stakeholders. The Manager will possess impactful and influential communication and presentation skills and keeps the goal in mind while moving the LTC team towards the solution. How you'll spend your day The following areas of responsibility are essential to the satisfactory performance of this position by any incumbent, with reasonable accommodation if necessary. Identify, recruit, hire, coach, and retain top talent for the Long Term Care account team Develop and coach expertise of regional business focus areas, including settings of care, payer and pull-through opportunities, and flawless execution of the marketing and call plan strategy Coaching teams towards success. From hire date onward, providing appropriate coaching, counseling, encouragement and oversight to ensure effective execution of brand strategy Effectively business plan to meet and exceed goals provided at regional level Understanding and ability to coach/train on different settings of care within Long Term Care facilities to identify key business opportunities Demonstrate a collaborative approach and coordinate efforts between sales leadership, other Teva sales teams, brand marketing, market access, sales operations and training Adhere to all Teva compliance guidelines and operate with integrity ensuring the sales team adheres to these policies Effectively review weekly/monthly data reports to ensure trends are identified and plans in place to address 90+ days in the field supporting Associate Account Managers in a calendar year. Your experience and qualifications Education/Certification/Experience Bachelor's degree required 2+ years of first-line pharmaceutical sales management experience strongly preferred 5+ years of specialty pharmaceutical sales experience to include 2+ years in Long Term Care strongly preferred Record of achieving goals and building, coaching, and developing effective sales teams Experience in psychiatric therapeutic areas strongly preferred Experience successfully promoting products in the psychiatric space across multiple settings of care strongly preferred Experience managing relationships with important customers including key opinion leaders, Acadia speakers, local LTC professional and advocacy groups, LTC facilities, local and regional payers, LTC pharmacies, etc. Be a culture leader who models and embodies Teva's core values Skills/Knowledge/Abilities Understanding of reimbursement coverage and pull-through strategies as well as experience in all pertinent settings of business (CMHC, specialty pharmacy, long term care) Strong understanding of payer dynamics, Part A and Part D access and LTC profitability parameters In depth knowledge of LTC regulations affecting medication use and disease management, resident flow and resident care parameters Understanding of buy and bill, reimbursement coverage, pull through strategies and experience in all pertinent settings of care (LTC Facilities, CHMCs, Hospital selling, private practice) Proven written and verbal communication skills Strong computer skills, time management, organizational and planning skills Valid US driver's license and acceptable driving record required TRAVEL REQUIREMENTS Approximately 50% travel, which may include weekend and overnight travel. Compensation Data The annual starting salary for this position is between $140,000 - 185,000 annually. Factors which may affect starting salary within this range and level of role may include geography/market, skills, education, experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate. This position also qualifies for participation in the company's sales incentive plan, which rewards employees based on their achievement of defined sales targets and adheres to the plan's established guidelines.
