Must pass a pre-employment drug screen and basic physical. Ability to work full-time, 40 hours per week. 5:45 am 1:45 pm Monday Friday. Our people are the heart of our business. Come join our team As an Alseal Spray Technician, you will be responsible for performing Alseal spray coating operations per customer requirements and job folder specifications. In addition, you will: Review the job folder to verify the area of the part to be masked, cleaned, and/or blasted and coated. Confirm all pre-coating requirements have been completed according to job folder specifications. Follow in-process inspection procedures as needed to verify current operation meets customer and technical plan requirements. Record and sign off on all applicable data defined in the job folder. Report all coating problems, inaccuracies in the job folder, damaged parts, and/or tooling and fixtures. Make appropriate use of coating materials, equipment, and documentation. Qualifications: To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. This position must satisfy ITAR compliance requirements, therefore candidates must be U.S. Citizens or Permanent Resident Card Holders. Education High School diploma. Experience performing detailed manual work with hands. Must be able to work in a sitting and standing position for extended periods of time in an office/industrial environment. Demonstrated organizational and documentation skills. Lift up to 50 lbs. Must be able to communicate effectively orally and in writing.
